About The Position

Here at Halfords, we’re looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join our team. As a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester, you’ll carry out MOT tests to DVSA standards and complete a wide range of vehicle maintenance and repair work. From advanced diagnostics & repairs to routine services, you’ll ensure every job is done to the highest standard. Requirements

Level 3 qualified in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent qualification or experience)
Valid MOT Testing Licence
Must have a full drivers licence with no more than 9 points

Responsibilities

Carry out MOT tests to DVSA standards
Complete a wide range of vehicle maintenance and repair work
Perform advanced diagnostics & repairs
Conduct routine services
