MOT Foreman
About The Position
FlatironDragados is actively recruiting for team members to join us on our VIA project. This role involves leading a crew of hourly workers on a project site, managing safety, planning, production, and performance of directed construction tasks. The position requires onsite coordination of labor activities, materials, and equipment, as well as requesting necessary materials. The Foreman will support safety procedures and regulations for assigned personnel and sub-contractors, understand and adjust to daily production schedules to meet parameters, and maintain knowledge of the Company’s values and strategic plan. Additional assignments may be requested by management.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with project construction tools and equipment safety.
Responsibilities
- Leads crew of hourly workers on a project site and manages safety, planning, production and performance of directed construction tasks.
- Performs onsite coordination of labor activities, materials and equipment.
- Requests materials needed for scope of work.
- Supports safety procedures and regulations for assigned personnel and sub-contractors.
- Understands daily production schedule and adjusts work to meet schedule and cost parameters.
- Maintains knowledge of Company’s values and strategic plan.
- Performs additional assignments per management’s direction.
