MOT Foreman
About The Position
FlatironDragados is seeking a MOT Foreman to lead a crew of hourly workers on a project site. This role involves managing safety, planning, production, and performance of directed construction tasks. The Foreman will be responsible for onsite coordination of labor activities, materials, and equipment, requesting necessary materials, and supporting safety procedures and regulations for assigned personnel and sub-contractors. The position requires understanding and adjusting to daily production schedules to meet project parameters and maintaining knowledge of the Company’s values and strategic plan. Additional assignments may be requested by management.
Requirements
- Experience with project construction tools and equipment safety.

- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Leads crew of hourly workers on a project site and manages safety, planning, production and performance of directed construction tasks.
- Performs onsite coordination of labor activities, materials and equipment.
- Requests materials needed for scope of work.
- Supports safety procedures and regulations for assigned personnel and sub-contractors.
- Understands daily production schedule and adjusts work to meet schedule and cost parameters.
- Maintains knowledge of Company’s values and strategic plan.
- Performs additional assignments per management’s direction.
