About The Position

The Reconditioning Administrator is responsible for several key functions that directly impact vehicle turnaround times, communication, and operational accuracy. This role involves updating and maintaining the daily priority vehicle list, receiving and processing parts deliveries to ensure timely repairs, and scanning and organizing invoices into appropriate electronic folders for record retention and audit compliance. Additionally, the position requires updating retail work records, maintaining accurate repair documentation, and assisting with the coordination and administration of retail service vehicles to support customer commitments and service-level expectations.

Requirements

  • Must clear a pre-employment drug test.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship.
  • No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT or visa sponsorship now or in future.

Responsibilities

  • Updating and maintaining the daily priority vehicle list.
  • Receiving and processing parts deliveries to ensure timely repairs.
  • Scanning and organizing invoices into the appropriate electronic folders for record retention and audit compliance.
  • Updating retail work records and maintaining accurate repair documentation.
  • Assisting with the coordination and administration of retail service vehicles to support customer commitments and service-level expectations.
