About The Position

Jaguar Buckhead & Land Rover Buckhead, part of Group 1 Automotive, is hiring a Vehicle Exchange Coordinator to provide customer service using equity mining software. The role involves interacting with customers in a non-confrontational manner to present the vehicle exchange program and possible trade-in opportunities. Training is provided on the dealership's vehicle exchange process. Applicants must pass applicable pre-employment testing, including background checks, motor vehicle record checks, and drug testing.

Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service experience.
Professional appearance.
Positive and friendly attitude.
Interpersonal communication skills.
Basic computer skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
Pass applicable pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR checks, and drug testing.

Nice To Haves

2 years of automotive sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Meet and greet customers in the service drive and present possible trade-in value opportunities.
Follow the dealership vehicle exchange process; training is provided.
Conduct test drives and present vehicle product information, pricing, and incentives.
Build and manage a customer portfolio using the customer management database for trade-in experiences, future returns, and referrals.
Attend sales and product knowledge meetings.
Perform other duties as determined by leadership.
