About The Position

Jaguar Buckhead & Land Rover Buckhead, part of Group 1 Automotive, is seeking a Parts Manager to lead its parts department. The role involves driving department performance, developing the team, maintaining efficient inventory operations, and supporting customers and the service department.

The Parts Manager establishes departmental goals, oversees staffing and performance, manages inventory and replenishment, ensures accurate pricing and system updates, and sources and processes OEM wholesale parts orders. The role also maintains wholesale customer relationships and ensures a safe workplace while demonstrating the company’s values.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in an automotive parts management role.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to support customers professionally and effectively.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to excel in a process-driven, structured environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Establish departmental goals and objectives and actively work toward achieving them.
• Recruit, train, motivate, coach, and monitor the performance of department team members.
• Ensure employees adhere to assigned work schedules and company policies regarding attendance, reporting, and tardiness.
• Oversee stock order processes to maintain efficient and timely parts replenishment.
• Verify incoming inventory is properly checked in and placed in the correct locations.
• Maintain balanced and accurate inventory aligned with the needs of each designated area.
• Price parts and accessories using approved pricing sources and ensure updates are reflected in the computer system.
• Source, quote, and process OEM wholesale parts orders for body shops, repair facilities, and other accounts.
• Maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers through responsive service and support.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe working environment.
• Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the Company’s Values in interactions with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
