About The Position

Lexus of Las Vegas is seeking a reliable, highly motivated Vehicle Delivery Specialist / Sales Lot Porter to support its sales team and deliver a high-quality ownership experience. The role involves presenting Lexus vehicle features and technology, checking in and preparing new vehicles for sale and delivery, organizing the sales lot, helping guests and sales staff, and delivering vehicles to off-site locations. The specialist is expected to meet dealership standards, follow client-vehicle-care policies, maintain Lexus certifications, participate in required training, and conduct business in line with company values and policies. The position pays $18.00 per hour. It is full-time, with an eight-hour shift and an unpaid one-hour lunch. The stated schedule is Monday to Friday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., with Tuesdays or Thursdays off; the dealership is closed Sundays. The position is not remote.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED; one to two years of business experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Positive, friendly attitude and customer-service mentality.
Proficient computer skills, including the ability to toggle between systems.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Able to navigate stairwells regularly to reach inventory.
Able to work on feet for extended periods.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must pass pre-employment testing, including background checks and a drug test.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

Present Lexus vehicle features and technology effectively, in person or via video conferencing.
Maintain Lexus certifications and participate in continuing product education and required training classes, including off-site meetings requested by Lexus.
Help improve initial customer satisfaction by providing a deeper understanding of the owner’s new Lexus and using available resources.
Confirm daily sales appointments and reschedule missed appointments.
Check in and prepare new vehicles for sale, physically and in the appropriate systems.
Organize the sales lot throughout the day.
Support the sales team with guest needs.
Deliver vehicles to off-site locations.
Complete closing duties, including ensuring vehicles are locked, locking building doors and gates, and completing assigned daily tasks.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic in preparation for potential future growth positions.
Follow dealership policies for client vehicle care and operation.
Ensure every completed pre- or post-delivery job meets dealership standards.
Conduct business honestly and with integrity, following company values, the Code of Business Conduct, and policies and procedures.
