About The Position
Honda of Tomball is looking for an all-star Vehicle Buyer Specialist to join their team. The candidate is responsible for vehicle acquisition and upgrading customer vehicles while providing excellent customer care. There is potential to learn and grow within the company.

- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record according to dealerships guidelines.

Responsibilities
- Be outgoing, friendly, energetic and professional with great customer service, attentiveness and follow up skills.
- Educate guests on the options available through Vehicle purchase, acquisition and upgrade or selling their current vehicle.
- Generate new and utilize existing customer base to build value in an opportunity to upgrade or sell their current vehicle.
- Use strong decision-making and active listening skills to think progressively about customer needs and service.
- Make good phone skills and communication, average daily calls exceed 50 per day.
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily and various other online systems to monitor, track and follow up with.
