About The Position

Jim Coleman Jaguar Land Rover is hiring a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to help acquire additional inventory for the dealership. The role works with the management team to arrange vehicle appraisals and purchases and is specifically trained to prospect beyond the Jim Coleman Network. The associate interacts with customers throughout the day in person and over the phone, including contacting prospects whose vehicles are advertised for sale online or who walk in to the store. The position also follows up on used-car purchase opportunities through third-party lead sources and helps the management team meet monthly vehicle-acquisition goals. Responsibilities

Partner with the management team to set up appointments for vehicle appraisals and purchases.
Prospect outside the Jim Coleman Network to acquire additional dealership inventory.
Interact with customers in person and over the phone throughout the day.
Make cold contact with prospects whose vehicles are advertised for sale online or who walk in to the store.
Email, call, and text used-car vehicle purchase opportunities through third-party lead sources.
Meet daily targets for phone calls, emails, and texts.
Meet appointment-setting objectives.
Assist management in meeting monthly vehicle-acquisition goals.
Inspect and accept vehicles arriving onsite.
