About The Position
Jim Coleman Jaguar Land Rover is hiring a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to help acquire additional dealership inventory. The role partners with the management team to set appointments for vehicle appraisals and purchases and focuses on prospecting outside the Jim Coleman network. The specialist interacts with customers in person and by phone, makes cold contact with people advertising vehicles for sale, and follows up on used-vehicle purchase opportunities received through third-party lead sources. The position also includes inspecting and accepting vehicles arriving onsite.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the management team to set up appointments for vehicle appraisals and purchases.
- Prospect outside the Jim Coleman network to acquire additional dealership inventory.
- Interact with customers in person and over the phone.
- Make cold contact with prospects advertising vehicles for sale online or visiting the store.
- Email, call, and text used-car purchase opportunities through third-party lead sources.
- Meet daily targets for phone calls, emails, and texts.
- Meet objectives for appointments set.
- Assist management in achieving monthly vehicle acquisition goals.
- Inspect and accept vehicles arriving onsite.
