About The Position
The Vascular Tech performs vascular ultrasound exams. The position is based at Northside Hospital Forsyth and is scheduled Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Requirements
- Hold one of the following certification combinations: ARRT Sonography and Vascular Sonography (RT(S), RT(VS)); or ARDMS Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) and Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT).
- Hold Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from a Northside-approved resuscitation certifying body.
Nice To Haves
- Graduate of an accredited ultrasound or vascular technology program.
- Registered Vascular Technologist.
- Previous experience with extracranial cerebrovascular, peripheral venous, peripheral arterial, and visceral exams.
