About The Position

The Dishwasher works in a busy, fast-paced kitchen environment and is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, maintaining kitchen and other assigned areas, and supporting basic food preparation and cooking tasks as needed. The role follows nutrition, sanitation, and safety standards and responds to instructions from Kitchen Managers. This is described as an entry-level position. The posted schedule is Wednesday through Sunday, PM. Pay is $14–$16 per hour, with pooled tips generally adding $4–$6 per hour after a 90-day probationary period.

Responsibilities

Clean, wash, and sanitize dishes.
Maintain and clean dishwashing stations, tools, and equipment.
Clean floors, work tables, work areas, bathrooms, and other assigned areas.
Dispose of trash, cardboard, and recyclable materials in assigned dumpsters, and maintain cleanliness and sanitation around dumpster areas.
Perform routine and non-routine deep-cleaning jobs as assigned.
Assist with basic food preparation and cooking tasks as needed.
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
Answer to, report to, and follow Kitchen Managers’ instructions.
