About The Position

The Radiology Tech operates X-ray and fluoroscopic equipment to produce routine radiographs of designated portions of the human body for neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. The position includes performing intravenous, subdural, and arterial radiographic studies and working in hospital areas with autonomy and indirect supervision. The Registered Radiologic Technologist/Screen Atlanta works with a female population over 35 years of age.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Ability to deal tactfully and pleasantly with patients, visitors, physicians, and other personnel.
• Be certified in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in diagnostic radiology.
