About The Position
Great Oaks Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is hiring a Van Driver to transport patients to and from appointments and other facilities. The role requires a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Hours may vary. The position also includes inspecting the company van monthly and reporting maintenance or vehicle needs to the Administrator.
Requirements
- Must have a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Must be at least 25 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must have a good driving record in accordance with the company’s Driver and Vehicle Safety Policy.
Responsibilities
- Transport patients to and from appointments safely and in a timely manner.
- Deliver and retrieve patients from various facilities for doctor’s appointments.
- Pick up admissions from hospitals and other locations.
- Inspect the company van monthly using the Vehicle Maintenance Log.
- Report maintenance or vehicle needs to the Administrator.
