About The Position
The Van Driver transports patients to and from appointments and facilities, including picking up admissions from hospitals and other locations. The role requires safe and timely transportation, maintaining the company van through monthly inspections, and reporting maintenance or vehicle needs to the Administrator. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with one Saturday per month.
Requirements
- Must be at least 25 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have a good driving record in accordance with the company's Driver and Vehicle Safety Policy.
Responsibilities
- Transport patients to and from appointments safely and in a timely manner.
- Deliver and retrieve patients from various facilities for doctor’s appointments.
- Pick up admissions from hospitals and other locations.
- Inspect the company van monthly using the Vehicle Maintenance Log.
- Report maintenance or vehicle needs to the Administrator.
