About The Position
Delta Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). The role delivers nursing care under the supervision of an RN or DON. Available 8-hour shifts are 7 a.m.–3 p.m., Monday–Friday, or 7 a.m.–3 p.m., Saturday and Sunday. The facility is described as qualifying under the CMS Nurses for Nursing Homes initiative. Eligible RNs and LVNs may qualify for student loan repayment assistance or a financial stipend in exchange for a three-year service commitment, subject to program terms and conditions. CMS determines eligibility, awards, and funding; Nexion does not guarantee eligibility, payment, or continued employment for a particular period.
Requirements
- LPN/LVN license required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care under the supervision of an RN or DON.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Observe and report changes in resident condition.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
