About The Position

Cornerstone Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is hiring a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead the clinical care team on assigned shifts. The supervisor directs and oversees day-to-day clinical care, services, and programs; develops staff; and collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary professionals. The role also provides physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families. The position is listed with 12-hour shifts starting at either 7 AM or 7 PM.

Requirements

RN license required.
CPR certification required.
Experience as a professional nurse, preferably in a long-term care setting.
Supervisory experience in a team lead role, preferably in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

Promote and restore patients' health by directing and supervising the day-to-day clinical care team, services, and programs on assigned shifts.
