About The Position

Touchstone Communities is seeking a compassionate and dependable CNA Transportation Aide / Van Driver for Del Rio Nursing Rehabilitation Center. The role provides safe, comfortable, and dignified transportation for Residents, Patients, and Veterans to appointments, outings, and activities. In addition to driving, the aide serves as a trusted companion, offering reassurance, kindness, and a positive experience throughout each trip. The position supports Touchstone Communities’ mission to serve others with compassionate, skilled care.

Requirements

• Valid Texas driver’s license.
• Be at least 25 years of age.
• Clean driving record that meets company standards.
• Valid Texas CNA license.
• A heart for service and passion for supporting Residents, Patients, and Veterans.
• Dependable, caring presence focused on safety, respect, and dignity.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Transport Residents, Patients, and Veterans safely and comfortably to appointments, outings, and activities.
• Provide reassurance, kindness, and a positive experience during transportation.
• Support the safety, respect, and dignity of those being transported.
