About The Position

The Van Driver Warehouse position is responsible for customer deliveries, including packing orders, mapping routes, handling delivery paperwork, providing customer service, and maintaining the delivery vehicle and its maintenance records. The role also supports warehouse operations by receiving and organizing materials, shipping materials, preparing customer orders, and coordinating with other branches to provide consistent service across the network.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities. It is physically active and involves standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and climbing, as well as lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds. Duties may change as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Drive safely and follow all traffic regulations.
• Inspect and maintain vehicle safety.
• Keep the company vehicle clean.
• Check in and put up stock.
• Help maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Pull orders for delivery.
• Back up counter employees with orders and customers at the counter.
• Assist with Stock Take counting.
• Communicate customer feedback to the Branch Manager.
• Pack delivery orders, map delivery routes, handle delivery paperwork, provide customer service, and maintain vehicle maintenance records.
• Receive and organize warehouse materials, ship materials, and prepare customer orders.
• Work with other branches to help ensure customers receive consistent service.
