About The Position

The Van Driver/Warehouse employee handles customer deliveries, including packing orders, mapping routes, completing delivery paperwork, providing customer service, and maintaining the delivery vehicle and its maintenance records. The role also supports warehouse operations by receiving and organizing materials, shipping materials, and preparing customer orders. The employee works with other branches to help ensure customers across the network receive consistent service.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks.

• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and climb.
• Able to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive safely and follow all traffic regulations.
• Inspect the vehicle for safety and maintain it and its maintenance records.
• Keep the company vehicle clean.
• Check in and put up stock.
• Help maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Pull and prepare orders for delivery.
• Back up counter employees with orders and customers at the counter.
• Assist with Stock Take counting.
• Communicate customer feedback to the Branch Manager.
• Pack delivery orders, map delivery routes, and complete delivery paperwork.
• Receive and ship materials.
• Work with other branches to provide consistent customer service.
