About The Position

The Van Driver/Warehouse employee handles customer deliveries, including packing orders, mapping routes, completing delivery paperwork, providing customer service, and maintaining the delivery vehicle and its maintenance records. The role also supports warehouse operations by receiving and shipping materials, organizing the warehouse, and preparing customer orders. The employee works with other branches to help provide customers across the network with consistent service. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks.
• Ambitious, open-minded team player with a customer-service focus and a desire to grow within the organization.
• Ability to meet the role’s physical demands, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, climbing, and lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive safely and follow traffic regulations.
• Inspect and maintain vehicle safety, cleanliness, and maintenance records.
• Check in and put up stock.
• Help maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Pull and pack orders for delivery, map delivery routes, and handle delivery paperwork.
• Provide customer service during deliveries and assist counter employees with orders and customers.
• Assist with stock counts.
• Communicate customer feedback to the Branch Manager.
• Receive and ship materials and prepare customer orders.
• Coordinate with other branches to support consistent customer service.
