About The Position
The Van Driver/Warehouse employee handles customer deliveries, including packing delivery orders, mapping routes, completing delivery paperwork, providing customer service, and maintaining the company vehicle and its maintenance records. The role also supports warehouse operations by receiving and organizing stock, shipping materials, and preparing customer orders. The employee works with other branches to help provide customers across the network with consistent service. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Drive safely and follow all traffic regulations.
- Inspect the vehicle and maintain its safety.
- Keep the company vehicle clean.
- Check in and put up stock.
- Help maintain warehouse cleanliness.
- Pull orders for delivery.
- Back up counter employees with orders and customers at the counter.
- Assist with Stock Take counting.
- Communicate customer feedback to the Branch Manager.
- Pack delivery orders, map delivery routes, and handle delivery paperwork.
- Provide customer service and maintain the delivery vehicle and maintenance records.
- Receive and organize warehouse materials, ship materials, and prepare customer orders.
- Work with other branches to provide consistent customer service.
