About The Position
The Van Driver/Warehouse employee handles customer deliveries and warehouse operations. Delivery duties include packing customer orders, mapping routes, handling delivery paperwork, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the delivery vehicle and its maintenance records. Warehouse duties include receiving and organizing material, shipping materials, and preparing customer orders. The employee also coordinates with other branches to help ensure customers across the network receive consistent service. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Oral and written communication skills.

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and climb, and lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Drive safely and follow all traffic regulations.
- Inspect and maintain vehicle safety, cleanliness, and maintenance records.
- Pack and pull orders for delivery, map delivery routes, and handle delivery paperwork.
- Check in and put up stock.
- Help maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
- Assist counter employees with orders and customers.
- Assist with Stock Take counting.
- Provide customer service and communicate customer feedback to the Branch Manager.
- Coordinate with other branches to support consistent customer service.
