About The Position

The Van Driver/Warehouse employee is responsible for customer deliveries, including packing orders, mapping routes, handling delivery paperwork, providing customer service, and maintaining the delivery vehicle and its maintenance records. The role also performs warehouse work such as receiving and shipping materials, organizing stock, and preparing customer orders. The employee works with other branches to help ensure customers across the network receive consistent service. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Drive safely and follow traffic regulations.
• Inspect and maintain vehicle safety; keep the company vehicle clean and maintain vehicle maintenance records.
• Check in and put up stock.
• Help maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Pull and pack orders for delivery and prepare customer orders.
• Map delivery routes and handle delivery paperwork.
• Provide customer service during deliveries and at the counter; back up counter employees with orders and customers.
• Assist in counting during Stock Take.
• Communicate customer feedback to the Branch Manager.
• Receive and ship materials.
• Work with other branches to support consistent customer service across the network.
