About The Position

The Van Driver/Warehouse employee is responsible for customer deliveries, including packing orders, mapping routes, handling delivery paperwork, providing customer service, and maintaining the delivery vehicle and its maintenance records. The role also supports warehouse operations by receiving and organizing materials, shipping materials, and preparing customer orders. The employee works with other branches to help provide customers throughout the network with consistent service. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive safely and follow all traffic regulations.
• Inspect the vehicle and maintain its safety.
• Keep the Company vehicle clean.
• Check in and put up stock.
• Help maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Pull orders for delivery.
• Back up counter employees with orders and customers at the counter.
• Assist with Stock Take counting.
• Communicate customer feedback to the Branch Manager.
• Pack customer orders, map delivery routes, and handle delivery paperwork.
• Maintain the delivery vehicle and maintenance records.
• Receive and ship materials and prepare customer orders.
• Work with other branches to help ensure consistent customer service.
