About The Position

The Van Driver/Warehouse employee is responsible for customer deliveries, including packing orders, mapping routes, handling delivery paperwork, providing customer service, and maintaining the delivery vehicle and its maintenance records. The role also performs warehouse work such as receiving and shipping materials, organizing the warehouse, and preparing customer orders. The employee works with other branches to help ensure customers across the network receive consistent service. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Drive safely and follow traffic regulations.
• Inspect the vehicle for safety and maintain it, including keeping it clean and maintaining maintenance records.
• Check in and put up stock.
• Help maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Pull and prepare orders for delivery, including packing orders and mapping delivery routes.
• Handle delivery paperwork and provide customer service during deliveries.
• Back up counter employees with orders and customers at the counter.
• Assist with counting during Stock Take.
• Communicate customer feedback to the Branch Manager.
• Work with other branches to support consistent customer service.
