About The Position

The Van Driver/Warehouse position is responsible for customer deliveries, including packing orders, mapping delivery routes, handling delivery paperwork, providing customer service, and maintaining the delivery vehicle and maintenance records. The role also supports warehouse operations such as receiving and shipping materials, maintaining warehouse organization, and preparing customer orders. The employee works with other branches to help provide customers across the network with consistent service. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Drive safely and follow traffic regulations.
• Inspect and maintain vehicle safety.
• Keep the company vehicle clean.
• Check in and put up stock.
• Help maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Pull orders for delivery.
• Back up counter employees by assisting with orders and customers at the counter.
• Assist with Stock Take counts.
• Communicate customer feedback to the Branch Manager.
• Pack delivery orders, map delivery routes, and handle delivery paperwork.
• Maintain the delivery vehicle and maintenance records.
• Receive and ship materials and prepare customer orders.
• Work with other branches to support consistent customer service.
