About The Position
The Van Driver/Warehouse role handles customer deliveries, including packing orders, mapping routes, completing delivery paperwork, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the company vehicle and its maintenance records. The role also performs warehouse duties such as receiving and shipping materials, organizing the warehouse, and preparing customer orders. The employee works with other branches to help provide consistent service across the network. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.

- Able to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, climbing, and lifting or moving items up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Drive safely and follow all traffic regulations.
- Inspect the company vehicle for safety, maintain it, keep it clean, and maintain vehicle maintenance records.
- Pack delivery orders, map delivery routes, handle delivery paperwork, and deliver customer orders.
- Receive and put away stock.
- Help maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
- Pull orders for delivery and prepare customer orders.
- Back up counter employees by helping with orders and customers at the counter.
- Assist with stock counts.
- Communicate customer feedback to the Branch Manager.
- Work with other branches to support consistent customer service across the network.
