About The Position

The Van Driver/Warehouse employee is responsible for customer deliveries, including packing orders, mapping routes, completing delivery paperwork, providing customer service, and maintaining the delivery vehicle and its maintenance records. The role also supports warehouse operations by receiving and organizing material, shipping materials, and preparing customer orders. The employee works with other branches to provide customers across the network with a consistent level of service.

Responsibilities

• Drive safely and follow all traffic regulations.
• Inspect and maintain vehicle safety.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the company vehicle.
• Check in and put up stock.
• Help maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Pull orders for delivery.
• Back up counter employees with orders and customers at the counter.
• Assist with Stock Take counting.
• Communicate customer feedback to the Branch Manager.
• Pack customer orders, map delivery routes, and handle delivery paperwork.
• Receive and organize warehouse material, ship materials, and prepare customer orders.
• Maintain delivery vehicle maintenance records.
• Work with other branches to support consistent customer service.
