About The Position

The Van Driver/Warehouse employee is responsible for customer deliveries, including packing orders, mapping routes, handling delivery paperwork, providing customer service, and maintaining the delivery vehicle and its maintenance records. The role also performs warehouse duties such as receiving and putting away stock, keeping the warehouse organized, shipping materials, and preparing customer orders. The employee works with other branches to help ensure customers across the network receive consistent service. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

Valid driver's license.
Oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Drive safely and follow traffic regulations.
Inspect and maintain vehicle safety, cleanliness, and maintenance records.
Pack orders, map delivery routes, handle delivery paperwork, and make customer deliveries.
Check in and put up stock.
Help maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
Pull orders for delivery and prepare and ship customer orders.
Back up counter employees by assisting with orders and customers at the counter.
Assist with counting during Stock Take.
Communicate customer feedback to the Branch Manager.
Work with other branches to support consistent customer service across the network.
