About The Position

The Van Driver/Warehouse position handles customer deliveries, including packing orders, mapping delivery routes, managing delivery paperwork, providing customer service, and maintaining the delivery vehicle and its maintenance records. The role also performs warehouse duties such as receiving and shipping materials, organizing the warehouse, and preparing customer orders. The employee works with other branches to help provide customers across the network with consistent service. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Drive safely and follow all traffic regulations.
Inspect and maintain vehicle safety.
Keep the company vehicle clean.
Check in and put up stock.
Help maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
Pull and pack orders for delivery.
Map delivery routes and handle delivery paperwork.
Maintain the delivery vehicle and its maintenance records.
Back up counter employees with orders and customers at the counter.
Assist with counting during Stock Take.
Communicate customer feedback to the Branch Manager.
Work with other branches to help provide consistent customer service.
