About The Position

The Van Driver/Warehouse position is responsible for customer deliveries, including packing delivery orders, mapping routes, handling paperwork, providing customer service, and maintaining the delivery vehicle and its maintenance records. The role also supports warehouse operations such as receiving and shipping materials, organizing the warehouse, and preparing customer orders. The employee works with other branches to help provide customers across the network with consistent service.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Drive safely and follow traffic regulations.
• Inspect and maintain vehicle safety, cleanliness, and maintenance records.
• Pack orders, plan delivery routes, handle delivery paperwork, and complete customer deliveries.
• Check in and put up stock.
• Help maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Pull orders for delivery and prepare customer orders.
• Back up counter employees with orders and customers.
• Assist in counting during Stock Take.
• Communicate customer feedback to the Branch Manager.
• Work with other branches to support consistent customer service.
