About The Position

The Van Driver/Warehouse employee handles customer deliveries and warehouse operations at the Yukon Branch in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Delivery work includes preparing orders, mapping routes, completing delivery paperwork, providing customer service, and keeping the company vehicle and its maintenance records in order. Warehouse work includes receiving and shipping materials, organizing stock, and preparing customer orders. The employee also coordinates with other branches to help provide consistent service across the network. The position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Drive safely and follow all traffic regulations.
• Inspect the vehicle for safety and maintain it, including keeping it clean and maintaining maintenance records.
• Pack and pull customer orders for delivery, map delivery routes, and handle delivery paperwork.
• Check in and put away stock.
• Help maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Back up counter employees by helping with orders and customers at the counter.
• Assist with Stock Take counting.
• Communicate customer feedback to the Branch Manager.
• Work with other branches to support consistent customer service across the network.
