About The Position

The Van Driver Warehouse employee is responsible for customer deliveries, including packing orders, mapping routes, completing delivery paperwork, providing customer service, and maintaining the company vehicle and maintenance records. The role also performs warehouse functions such as receiving and putting away stock, keeping the warehouse organized, shipping materials, and preparing customer orders. The employee works with other branches to help provide customers across the network with consistent service. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license.
Oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Drive safely and follow traffic regulations.
Inspect and maintain vehicle safety, cleanliness, and maintenance records.
Pack and pull orders for delivery, map routes, and handle delivery paperwork.
Receive, check in, and put away stock.
Help maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
Ship materials and prepare customer orders.
Back up counter employees by helping with orders and customers at the counter.
Assist with counting during Stock Take.
Communicate customer feedback to the Branch Manager.
Work with other branches to support consistent customer service.
