Part Time Valet AM/PM-Marriott Orlando Downtown
About The Position
AAA Parking is seeking a part-time Valet at the Marriott Orlando Downtown in Orlando, Florida. The role is a guest-facing position responsible for providing a welcoming, seamless experience from arrival through departure. Valets greet guests, explain prices and vehicle retrieval procedures, assist with luggage and hotel doors, and provide information about hotel services and local attractions. They also park and retrieve vehicles, maintain organized and secure keys, and help keep the valet area clean and inviting. The position requires close coordination with hotel staff and valet colleagues, adherence to safety and security procedures, and prompt reporting of incidents. The work takes place outdoors with exposure to weather in a fast-paced setting involving frequent guest interaction. The posted pay range is $12.00–$16.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations with poise.
- Ability to stand for 100% of the shift.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds and carry up to 10 pounds.
- Flexible schedule based on business needs.
- Must successfully pass a background and driving record check.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, explain prices and the vehicle retrieval procedure, open hotel doors, and assist with luggage.
- Provide information about hotel services and facilities, points of interest, and entertainment attractions.
- Assist guests with special needs or disabilities.
- Complete valet tickets accurately and check vehicles for damage.
- Retrieve and park vehicles efficiently, keeping vehicle keys organized and secure.
- Maintain a clean, professional, well-groomed appearance in accordance with company standards.
- Keep the valet area clean, organized, and inviting.
- Coordinate with hotel staff and colleagues to support smooth guest arrivals and departures.
- Support team members during busy periods and special events.
- Follow safety protocols to protect guests and vehicles, and immediately report accidents, injuries, or incidents to a supervisor.
- Perform routine inspections of the valet area and equipment.
- Provide service with a positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to assist guests.
