About The Position

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Valet Staff member to welcome guests attentively, courteously, and efficiently while creating a positive first impression. The role includes parking guest vehicles for the day or overnight, assisting guests as they enter and leave the resort, and helping with transportation needs. Associates are expected to interact with guests and colleagues in a friendly, service-oriented manner and share accurate information about resort features, amenities, operating hours, and rates. Requirements

Hold a valid state-issued driver's license that is accepted by Kalahari's insurance.
Complete and pass a motor vehicle report.

Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently park, retrieve, and manage guest vehicles in a timely manner.
Assist guests in and out of the resort and help with transportation needs.
Load and unload luggage carts and assist guests with tagging, storing, and retrieving luggage.
Respond to guest questions and provide information about local attractions, events, and daily hotel activities.
Maintain a basic understanding of resort features, amenities, operating hours, and rates, and convey this information to guests.
Approach interactions with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
