About The Position

Propark Mobility is hiring part-time Valet Attendants in Houston, Texas. Attendants greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles safely and promptly, explain parking rates and vehicle-retrieval instructions, and inspect vehicles before taking possession in accordance with company guidelines. The role involves working outdoors and being active for much of the day, with occasional lifting or carrying of items weighing up to 50 pounds. Attendants may also be asked to perform small cleaning or maintenance tasks, special projects, and other duties based on operational needs.

Available shifts are Tuesday through Friday, 4 p.m. to 11 p.m., and Saturday through Sunday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. The listed pay is $8.75–$11.00 per hour plus cash tips. Applicants must be at least 18 and have held a valid driver's license for at least two years. The employer asks whether applicants can drive a manual transmission.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license and at least two years of driving experience.
• Be energetic and outgoing, and able to stand, run, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds if needed.
• Communicate well in written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and help resolve customer issues positively and helpfully.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of valet parking experience.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission (asked as an application question).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests cheerfully and thank them sincerely upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and in a timely manner.
• Explain parking rates and provide instructions for retrieving self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain the company uniform appearance and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Resolve guest issues in a positive and helpful manner.
• Perform small cleaning or maintenance tasks or special projects as requested by local management.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.
