About The Position

The Valet Supervisor at Four Seasons Miami leads daily shift operations and helps ensure a welcoming, high-quality guest experience. The role leads by example, supports associates throughout the shift, maintains professionalism, and works to provide excellent service to guests and clients. The supervisor monitors compliance with Metropolis / SP+ Hospitality policies and procedures, assists high-profile guests, resolves service concerns, and maintains an efficient and safe flow through the parking facility.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of guest service experience.
• A valid state driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and oral.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours, and sprint short distances when needed.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in heat, rain, wind, or snow.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout the shift.

• Oversee the assigned shift from start to finish.
• Monitor team adherence to Metropolis / SP+ Hospitality policies and procedures.
• Serve as the first point of contact for associates during the shift and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Assist high-profile guests and address service concerns as they arise.
• Maintain efficient and safe parking facility operations.
