About The Position

The Valet Supervisor is an integral part of the guest experience, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and excellent service. The supervisor leads by example and oversees daily shift operations at the Four Seasons Miami, supporting guest and client satisfaction while maintaining an efficient and safe parking facility. The listed pay rate is $13.00 per hour plus tips.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of guest service experience.
• Valid state driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and oral.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to stand for long periods, up to 8 hours, and sprint short distances when needed.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in heat, rain, wind, or snow.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and guide the team in delivering 5-Star service to every guest.
• Maintain professionalism and support guest and client satisfaction.
• Enhance the well-being of guests and associates and help create memorable experiences.
• Oversee the assigned shift from start to finish.
• Monitor team compliance with Metropolis/SP+ Hospitality policies and procedures.
• Serve as the first point of contact for associates during the shift and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Assist high-profile guests and address service concerns as they arise.
• Maintain efficient, safe flow in the parking facility.
