About The Position

As a Valet Supervisor, you are an integral part of the guest experience, ensuring every warm welcome is handled with excellence. You lead by example and oversee daily shift operations. The role focuses on delivering 5-Star service, maintaining professionalism and guest and client satisfaction, supporting associates, ensuring policy compliance, assisting with guest concerns, and keeping the parking facility efficient and safe.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of guest service experience.
• A valid state driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and oral.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to stand for long periods, up to 8 hours, and sprint short distances when needed.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, rain, wind, or snow.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and guide the team in delivering 5-Star service to every guest.
• Maintain professionalism to support guest and client satisfaction.
• Enhance the experience and well-being of guests and associates.
• Manage the assigned shift from start to finish.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to Metropolis / SP+ Hospitality policies and procedures.
• Serve as the first point of contact for associates during the shift and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Assist high-profile guests and resolve service concerns.
• Maintain the flow of the parking facility to ensure efficiency and safety.
