About The Position

The Valet Supervisor is an integral part of the guest experience, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and excellent service. The supervisor leads by example and oversees daily shift operations at the Sheraton Miami Airport. The role pays $15.00 per hour plus tips.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of guest service experience.
• Valid state driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and oral.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and sprint short distances when needed.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in heat, rain, wind, or snow.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently during the shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and guide the team in providing 5-Star service to every guest.
• Maintain professionalism and support guest and client satisfaction.
• Promote positive experiences and the well-being of guests and associates.
• Oversee the assigned shift from start to finish and ensure proper operations.
• Monitor team adherence to Metropolis / SP+ Hospitality policies and procedures.
• Serve as the first point of contact for associates during the shift and resolve issues effectively.
• Assist high-profile guests and address service concerns as they arise.
• Maintain efficient and safe parking facility operations.
