About The Position

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a Valet Attendant to provide guest service and safely park vehicles at the Sheraton Miami Airport. The role pays $18.00 per hour plus tips and works in a fast-paced environment. The attendant responds to guest requests, provides directions and explains valet procedures, inspects vehicles, follows safe driving practices, reports incidents, and supports management as assigned.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Valet Attendant is required.
Valid state driver’s license with a current address and an acceptable driving record.
Ability to read, write, and respond professionally to customers and co-workers.
Must provide valid documentation to work legally in the U.S. if hired.
Ability to follow instructions and remain calm during changes, delays, or unexpected events.
Must be able to stand and walk regularly and use hands to handle cash and equipment for long periods.
Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
Must remain alert and professional in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Ability to drive a manual transmission (stick shift) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Resolve guest requests and concerns efficiently, finding solutions to problems that arise.
Maintain knowledge of local streets, landmarks, and freeways to provide directions to guests.
Clearly explain valet rates and procedures to customers.
Inspect each vehicle before parking it and note and report any findings.
Follow traffic laws and safe driving practices at all times.
Immediately report accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to management.
Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and ready to work.
Maintain a clean, complete uniform throughout the shift.
Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
