Valet Attendant - Overnight

About The Position

The Valet Attendant makes an exceptional impression on every guest by engaging with guests and customers in a positive, friendly manner and providing safe, efficient service. The role includes organizing vehicles and keys, maintaining the operation, and contributing to a positive experience for customers and teammates. The schedule is Friday through Tuesday, 11 PM to 7 AM. The attendant must follow uniform and grooming standards, attendance policy, and approved communication practices. Cleaning duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing.
Friendly and outgoing, with an upbeat personality and willingness to go the extra mile.
Able to smile during customer interactions and maintain a strong work ethic.
Maintain uniform standards while on the job premises.
Able to run and move quickly.
Able to organize cars efficiently.
Able to stand for long periods of time.
Able to safely operate vehicles and pass a driving test.
Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
At least 18 years of age.
Possess a valid driver's license in the state of residency.
Able to pass a criminal background check and RMV check.
Able to build relationships with customers and stay organized.
Have a clean driving record deemed insurable by VPNE's current insurance provider.

Keep track of keys and vehicles throughout the garage.
Provide an exceptional guest experience.
Maintain organization at the operation.
Create a positive environment for customers and teammates through an enthusiastic approach.

Help facilitate the transition at the end of the shift.
Maintain a sharp appearance and neat grooming.
Perform cleaning duties as assigned.
Adhere to VPNE's attendance policy.
