About The Position

The Overnight Valet Attendant works overnight as part of a hospitality parking team and serves as a first point of contact for guests. The role involves welcoming guests, securely managing vehicle keys, and safely parking and retrieving vehicles while maintaining high standards of service, presentation, and safety. The position requires advanced manual-transmission driving skills and overnight availability three days per week.

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of professional valet experience or 2 or more years of standard driving experience.
• Advanced proficiency operating manual-transmission vehicles; stick-shift ability is strictly required.
• Complete flexibility to work overnight shifts three days per week.
• Maintain a polished, clean-cut, well-groomed professional appearance in accordance with hospitality and uniform standards.
• Be at least 18 years old and hold a valid, active driver's license.
• Successfully pass a Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV) background check.
• Proficient in spoken and written English to communicate with guests and log vehicle details.
• Reliability and strict adherence to company attendance policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving and departing customers professionally and courteously.
• Open vehicle doors and help guests enter or exit their vehicles comfortably.
• Park and retrieve customer vehicles promptly and securely in designated areas while following safety protocols.
• Organize and track vehicle keys and parking locations to support fast, accurate retrieval.
• Maintain a clean, organized parking environment and perform general cleaning duties as assigned.
• Facilitate smooth team transitions at the end of the shift.
• Maintain an upbeat, positive attitude with guests and teammates.
