The Valet Supervisor will be responsible for motivating and leading staff to promote teamwork and a customer service environment. This role involves responding to customer inquiries and complaints, assisting with accident/incident reports, and aiding in the training, scheduling, and evaluation of staff. The supervisor will also assist local management with maintaining equipment, uniforms, and supplies, reconciling daily bank reports and ticket logs, and identifying discrepancies. Additionally, they will maintain logs of field bank transactions, uniforms issued, and parking violators, monitor facility conditions for safety and maintenance issues, and perform valet, attendant, or cashier duties as needed.
