Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Successfully pass a background check.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call shifts as needed.
  • Ability to safely operate vehicles while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting every patient, visitor, and guest with warmth, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality.
  • Providing safe and reliable shuttle transportation for patient and visitor drop-off and pick-up.
  • Parking, relocating, and monitoring vehicles with care and attention to safety.
  • Performing routine vehicle inspections, fueling, and basic maintenance checks before and after each shift.
  • Keeping shuttle vehicles clean, organized, and ready to provide a comfortable experience.
  • Safely transporting laboratory specimens and other materials between facilities while maintaining confidentiality and timeliness.
  • Maintaining accurate mileage, trip, and maintenance records.
  • Assisting with stocking supplies and supporting other operational needs throughout the facility as needed.
  • Reporting vehicle concerns, safety hazards, accidents, or policy violations promptly to leadership.
  • Supporting fellow team members and contributing to a positive, hospitality-driven culture.
