About The Position

SP+, a Metropolis company, is an artificial intelligence company using computer vision to provide checkout-free parking experiences. The Valet Driver safely parks and retrieves vehicles while delivering a seamless customer experience. The role involves interacting with customers, explaining valet rates, inspecting vehicles, following safe driving practices, and communicating client requests and concerns. The position is located in Erlanger, Kentucky.

Requirements

• Hold a valid state driver’s license with a current address and an acceptable driving record.
• Provide proof of legal eligibility to work in the United States if hired.
• Provide accurate information to customers and coworkers and respond professionally to customer problems or complaints.
• Be able to read, write, add, and subtract U.S. currency and understand instructions, short emails, and memos.
• Follow written and verbal instructions and adapt calmly to changes, delays, and unexpected events while working.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift).
• Availability to work special shifts if needed, including second or third shift and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently, find solutions to problems, and communicate proactively with clients.
• Inspect each vehicle before parking it and note all findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Follow traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, unusual occurrences, and policy violations to management.
• Know major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the area to support customers’ transportation experience.
• Arrive on time for every scheduled shift in a clean uniform and remain in complete uniform throughout the shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
