About The Position

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking safe Valet Drivers with warm smiles who enjoy interacting with people. Valet Drivers work with a knowledgeable and caring team to provide clients with a seamless transportation experience and resolve requests and concerns efficiently. Employees are expected to arrive on time in a clean uniform and remain in uniform throughout their shift.

Requirements

Valid state driver’s license with a current address and an acceptable driving record.
Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S.; valid documentation must be provided if hired.
Ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers and respond professionally to customer problems or complaints.
Ability to read, write, add, and subtract U.S. currency and comprehend instructions, short emails, and memos.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and calmly adapt to changes, delays, and unexpected events.
Ability to stand and walk regularly, use hands to handle cash and equipment, occasionally sit and climb or balance, and occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift).
Availability to work special shifts if needed, including second or third shift and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

Inspect each vehicle before parking it and note all findings.
Explain valet rates to customers.
Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
Report accidents, safety hazards, unusual occurrences, and policy violations to management.
Know the area's major streets, landmarks, and freeways to help customers have a seamless transportation experience.
Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently, find solutions to problems, and communicate proactively with clients.
Arrive on time for scheduled shifts in a clean uniform and remain in uniform throughout the shift.
Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
