Requirements

Maintain a positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends.
Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to follow instructions accurately.
Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
Basic mechanical skills, such as jump-starting a battery or changing a tire.

Responsibilities

Ensure safe and timely delivery and pickup of client vehicles.
Communicate proactively, professionally, and courteously with clients.
Uphold CDC standards for contactless/sanitary vehicle handling, including PPE use.
Address and escalate client concerns as needed.
Maintain vehicle inventory by cleaning, replenishing fluids, and replacing batteries when necessary.
Shuttle vehicles between locations and service areas.
Keep the lot clear and accessible for customers.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
