About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Valet/Bell/Shuttle Driver to support hotel guests. The role helps provide a welcoming guest experience by assisting with luggage and handling guest vehicles. This is a part-time, tipped-eligible position. The hiring process may include phone and manager interviews, drug screening, background and reference checks, and a potential employment assessment. Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a hotel customer-service supervisory role.
• At least a high school education.
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check and drug screening.
• Ability to multitask.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Ability to exceed guest expectations.
• Knowledge of cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with carrying luggage and other items to their rooms.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
